Raiding in Sadistic

There are few things I want to touch on so that there is no confusion.

Slater is the Raid Leader and he is doing a great job but we are here to KILL BOSSES. I don't like getting bitchy in mumble but last night I reached my limit with stupid shit.

#1. During trash, you can yap till your hearts content but when we get to the boss, game faces on. No discussions about your balls, internet providers, your mom or whatever else. If it's about the boss, strategy, something your not clear on fight-wise, your expected to speak up. Unless we know there is an issue, we cannot help you.

#2. Don't apologize for shit, FIX IT. Really nothing else to say about that one.

#3. WE ARE ALL REPLACEABLE. Nobodies slot is fixed, secure, or guaranteed. Hell I am the GM and if I was fucking up non-stop I would bench myself.

#4. Raid starts @ 7 server. You need to be on BEFORE 7 server. Many things can change whether or not you get that epic don't make your inability to log in at the right time be a part of it.

I expect alot from you, you would not be here if I didn't think you could deliver. We have had some tough breaks with personnel but that's expected. Tighten things up and bring your a-game.

Just to clarify, the goal: Full clear of this tier on heroic. If your not helping us get there your hindering us, fix it.
