ok so im 563 atm (with herioc gear) i know all the fights ive done spoils currently 7/14 umm ive put in 20+ hrs weekly so i know the fights. looking for a raid spot for raid and upcoming exp. http://www.wowprogress.com/character/us ... ne/Siithel here are my last logs. i know my class very well anything else ask cause its been while since ive done one of these for a raid team and i can hold my own even with current ilvl

Yup, pretty much agree with Heelios. Our application isn't exactly long or complicated.

His "
logs"
also link to Wowprogress and not WoL or Warcraftlogs. His armory shows that he hasn't killed Normal Garrosh yet and he's 8/14 heroic (not 7/14 like he says in his app) and most of those are just a single kill. As in he was probably carried to get geared up in another guild, he sucked so that guild said see ya and now he's applying here.

Not looking good for him.

His logs look really poor. He must be a sub in his other guild cuz he wasn't in a lot of the progression attempts. On the heroic fights he was in his dps was very subpar. 130-170k dps on fights like sha and nazgrim. His only shaman log he died halfway through.

He whispered me tonight on a level 1 toon asking if we had looked over his resume (his words) because he was going to transfer over here tonight.

I told him that we needed to some more digging into his logs, guild history and possibly have an interview before accepting him so he should hold off on transferring right away.

only thing about my logs is the first guild wasnt running logs for our 2nd normal group so i have like 10 bosses missing from the ones that are currently logged for heroic"

He has been in 5 guilds in the last 2 months as well.... game of pass the noob?

Yeah it sounds like it. Don't have a good feeling about this guy so I say pass.

Told him today that we aren't moving forward with his application so we can delete the thread or move it or whatever.

So one of the raid leaders from this guy's old guild contacted me today.

He said he noticed that this DK app'd to us and wanted to let me know that this DK stole a ton of shit from their Gbank (tons of mats and 30k gold). Apparently he has a rep for doing this on their server.
