I STRONGLY encourage everyone to watch these videos (both mine and Ashe's), especially phase 4. It was clear again on Monday that people either didn't watch any videos about phase 4 or didn't understand the videos that they watched. We had deaths due to 2 stacks of Mailce, we had deaths due to standing in fire, we didn't have people using CDs when Iron Star hit Garrosh, we spawned multiple iron stars at once. Basically anything that people could do wrong, they did wrong.

I'll put up a post in a day or two describing how phase 4 will work in more detail. These details will include where to stand in relation to the Malice circle as well as what CDs should be used when the iron star hits Garrosh. Phase 4 is an easy part of the fight in comparison to the first transition phase, there is no reason that we should be dying to this stuff.

To add a point, during bombardment when we are getting ready to stack back up on the boss after it's over, if you're behind on getting to the stack point RUN THROUGH THE FIRE. Running through the fire doesn't hurt too bad, the missile landing on you in the fire circle hurts for about half your health. However, if you are out of the group when they're stacked up and you get malice you wiped the whole raid instantly. So if you're out of position or behind please take the most direct path to the stack group as you can, we'd rather you die trying to get to the group than wipe the whole group.

P.S. From my experiences I think it picks the furthest eligible target away or the target not stacked to put the malice debuff on. MANY MANY wipes have been caused by this, just trying to avoid it before it happens.
