Raid Team TWO or Alt Team

Gentlemen - I'll be looking to form up a second raid team for WoD. If you get some good applicants that might fit that bill, please let them know that we are considering a second team for the next xpac.

I have a mage who will be app-ing today for that said purpose.

Second team for next xpac? WoD is flex raid normal/heroic up to 25 people with the goal being 20 man mythic roster. We need to build up to that.

I am also confused by the wording. You mean like a second time that runs on different nights for people's alts or for people who can't make the current times?

I am under the assumption that most of the people not currently raiding will be joining us in WoD since we need a 20 person roster. If we add all of the overflow that we currently have to the raid team we're almost ready for Mythic right now.

If it's a second team that will run on different nights that's cool. My only concern would be people who want to raid with both groups. That could lead to burnout very quickly.
