Crunch Time

No one knows for sure when 6.0 is dropping.... I'm sure Blizz doesn't even truly know themselves, but it is getting close. With this time upon us I feel that I should remind people of some things.

1. We use a loot council for gear drops. I know what gear people need and mainly use the roll system to see what offspec pieces people want. We award loot based on a few things but mainly to help the group progress. (ex. don't have enough dps to kill a boss, I would favor giving the gear to whoever will increase the overall groups dps more)

2. We have had too many posts about this but we need people showing up on time and being prepared 15 min before raid starts. If you can't make it on time or at all, please post in the appropriate thread. We have a decent roster of raiders right now that are looking to play. If we have a roster planned for the week and someone isn't here on time, I will be pulling in someone else that is online and going with that group for the night.

3. Prepare ahead of time for the fights. We raid Sun/Mon you have the entire week to prepare for our raid. Read the forums, see the strats we are doing for the fight we are on and take the time to research and set up your macros, change spec or talents etc ahead of time. With only 6 hours a week to raid we need to be focused and raiding that whole time.

We're doing great guys and I really feel that we can get Garrosh down before 6.0. We have some new people and got them some gear now lets get us all some mounts.
