Addons for WoD

Hey Guys

Now that, from what it looks like...Be using EPGP as our Loot system. Which made me wonder if everyone is going to use unified or connected Addons, such as DBM or BigWigs...
As Stupid as it sounds, What addons should the ENTIRE guild be using from WoD on? are we going to start using guild wide addons for raids and such?
Just a curious thought i'd get out of my head. if anything at all XD

You will need epgp, along with dbm or bigwigs, gtfo, and weakauras at a minimum.
EPGP, because your going to want to see loot.
DBM or BigWigs, Self Explanatory.
GTFO, People like standing in shit, this will tell you to stop standing in shit.
Weakauras, You don't have to use it on your own but the ability for someone to link their string in raid and voila you have their alert for that ability or debuff... yeah priceless.
I use lots more but those are the ones I think at a minimum people should have.
Others that I use alot:
Deathnote - Love looking at wtf killed people.
Raeli's Spell Announcer - Alerts the raid of everything you do: interrupts, brez, cds, taunts, urinating on Wreq's leg you name it, this will talk about it.
ORA3 - Tracks lots of stuff, invites the raid to raid. promotes people to ML and stuff.

EPGP is formulated as such: PR = EP / GP.
PR is for Priority, EP is for Effort Points, and GP is for Gear Points.
EPGP is earned for doing things, such as being on time and ready for raid, for killing bosses (standbys useally still get this), for killing a progression boss, every hour of raid (I think default is like 300 every 15min?).
GP, or Gear Points, is assigned by the value of the item. Say trinkets are 1k GP or whatever. You get that added to your GP.
So heres a scenrio: You raid for 4 hours, killing 5 bosses one of which is a first kill. The EPGP values are:
~ 300 every 15min
~ 500 for a boss kill
~ 2000 for a first boss kill
This means you would get 8,800 EP for that one raid, and you won an item at a value of 1000 GP.
So now your PR is 8.8 (PR=EP/GP)
Now say Dalek won 2 new trinkets (also both at 1k GP, way to go Dalek!)
His PR would be 4.4 now. So now next time something drops, and you want it and show interest in it, you would win it over Dalek. Say you won a piece worth 2k GP, now youre at 3k GP so your PR is now 2.9 while Daleks is at 4.4, so now he will get something next time.
Basically its a good system to ensure everyone gets geared TOGETHER. Yes, depending on the item, someone may be able to get like 2 or 3 peices before youre at the top again, but its still very very balanced. Most of the high quiality items (Trinkets, Weapons, Tier) are usally high in GP so it rotates pretty fairly on those.
It also keeps people bidding on stuff that might be a side grade as they want to remain on top in case that one item does drop they really want.
I hope you understand that, and I hope I am accurate on it. Its been a while, so Iffi can correct me if im wrong. I love EPGP, and have always loved it. Very good loot system, if not one of the best.

I didnt link the add-on, I linked the webpage that caters to it. Its to view when youre not online and as a backup tool.
