Healer CDs for these last few weeks of SoO

Hi everyone, here's the CD list for the hard-hitting bosses. In addition to memorizing the list, please get into the habit of calling out your CDs as you use them. All of us healers are quiet people but my hope is that we can break that habit together, so that we can carry even harder next xpac.

Iron Juggernaut Cooldowns

Use throughput CDs at your discretion during Phase 1, try to save one or two for in between the Shock Pulses to help top everyone off

Shock Pulses - SAVE YOUR MITIGATION CDS FOR PHASE 2
1. Barrier + Ashe's Amp + Ancestral Guidances
2. Spirit Link + Glacie's Amp + Vampiric Embraces
3. Devo + Any throughput left


Thok Cooldowns

Phase 1
5 - Personals + Vamp embrace
9 - Ancestral Guidances + Ascendance
12 - Jillz Bop Tranq Sav
15 - Schlup Bop yourself
18 - Healing Tide + Devo
20 - Barrier and transition

Phase 2 - Probably Frost door, he'll probably die halfway through
5 - Personals + Vamp embrace
9 - Ancestral Guidances + Ascendance
12 - Anything left
15 - Spirit link and transition


Paragons Cooldowns

Fiery Edges - Each of the two healers pop a CD
1. Surf + Mav + Ashe's Amp
2. Surf + Sav + Glacie's Amp
3. Surf + Schlup + AGs/Vamp embrace
Repeat until Iyyokuk dead, might not need the 3rd group

Reave
1. Surf + Mav/Schlup
2. Surf + Sav + Anything left over


Garrosh Cooldowns

Phase 1
Exploding Iron Star - Smoke Bomb + Anti-Magic Zone

Transition - Annihilates
Personals
Ancestral Guidances at start
Vampiric Embraces towards the end

Phase 2
Whirl 1 - Anti-Magic Zone + Incarnation: Tree of Life + Spirit Link
Whirl 2 - Smoke Bomb + Devotion Aura + Barrier
Whirl 3 - Sav Tranquility + Amp Magic + Ancestral Guidances

Phase 3 - BIG HEALS ON THE TANKS
Whirl 1 - Ascendance + Healing Tide Totem + Vampiric Embraces + Anything you don't need for Phase 4
Empowered gripping Despair - Wreq + Slater Stacks expire - Personals + Anti-Magic Zone + Any other SHORT mitigation raid CDs (Note: Not throughput CDs)

Phase 4 - SAVE PERSONALS FOR IRON STAR
Malice - Pop a throughput CD for each, good time for healing streams
Iron Star - Barrier + Amp + Spirit Link + Devo + Smoke bomb
