Should I demote him to member or just kick him?

I don't think anyone should be kicked from the guild unless they break some rule. Demotion seems to me to be the best option.

I agree... Although he did a bitch move of bailing without notice and trying to use work and real life getting in the way as an excuse ( despite the fact he is online in hearthstone constantly) I think he should just be demoted. He is a solid tank and would be good to possibly have as a bench in the future.
