Garrosh Mount

Here's what I think we should do for the mount.

Make a list of people and just work our way down it. The list is based on things like effort to into the guild (not just raiding but strats, setting up the guild in general, helping others with achieves, mounts, etc), attendance, attitude, time in guild.

I understand Ashe's post about how if you're present for the kill you should be allowed to roll but we could end up with a situation where Birdi or Molley wins the mount and either leaves the guild or just pisses other people off because they came in at the tail end of progression. We want to reward loyalty and hard work.

My list would look like this: Iffi, Cheeko, Slater, Dalek, Ashe, Wreq, Surf, Jilliumz, Sav. If people are focused we could potentially get 7 mounts before WoD.

Thoughts?

I would bump Ashe down, he has caused many wipes due to his inability to fucking not die to mechanics. Also the issue with Thriving rubbed me the wrong way. A few weeks before that someone outside of guild was telling me how Ashe was a douche and Ashe was like ...THE RULES SAY THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE THICK SKIN... and then When Thriving dishes on his boy he is like running to the principle... Sav has done very well healing and stuff but we are ALWAYS waiting on her. Dalek... I find it hard to reward someone who has been so blatantly selfish and hostile lately. Don't get me wrong he has been here in Sadistic since day one and he has been really good at playing his toon, it's just his attitude that I have had more than enough of. Wreq is good too, (but I wanted to piss him off by not putting him in the next category due to being an officer soon)

Jillz and Surf on the other hand I can't remember a single time I have felt they were actually fucking up or pissing people off.

I think you should get the first one. PERIOD.

You get the FIRST ONE. Cheeko is gonna buy his, which is honestly the safest bet since I have pretty big doubts we will kill it before 6.0 then after that we go from there.

Don't have to kill it before 6.0. The mount stays in the game at 100% drop rate until WoD launch. So from right now we have like 10-11 lockouts to get mounts.

Cheeko says he ain't buying it since we have so many more weeks to get it.
