Heroic Garrosh Napkin Math

Some napkin math I did just now because I was bored. This is how much dps we need to skip the 2nd transition on Garrosh in P2.

Garrosh Total P2 HP: 592 million

Assuming we come out of the first intermission with Garrosh at 90% hp we will need to do 473.6 million damage to him.

473.6/9 = 52.6 million damage per player (excluded the healer)

52.6 million / 145 seconds (the length of time before 2nd transition) = 362759 dps from each person.

This is a pretty conservative number though. Garrosh will most likely be lower than 90% coming out of the first transition. A more realistic number would be Garrosh at 80% which means each player would need to do 318k dps to Garrosh (that number does not include dps done to MC players).

So that could be tricky to be honest. I know certain people will be over that number (the tank especially) but some people will be under. It's going to be a tight race.

I think it's doable. Wreq said he had found some stuff that would help you guys cheese P1 a little more so if it moves you into Trans one quicker and safer it would be good considering that is where you guys really need practice. Once that's good to go I feel the rest of it will be cake. Might have some derp moments in P4 but sides that I think it will be easy.

Jesus look at those active times. Our dps active times are in the 70's. Must fix.

That log is of only P2, everyone will have 99% active time because there is no moving lol
