Heroic Paragons and best Garrosh attempt videos

Beating Paragons in two days was indeed impressive, and nitpicking about what could have been done better in the post that is supposed to showcase the guilds success of the encounter is rather counterproductive. Any individuals that may have made any mistakes I am sure are aware of it, and public calling it out is unnecessary. I'm sorry if this is not my place to say this, but it needs to be said since it appears to be a reoccurring theme here.

Slater is the raid leader. Wreq is the officer in charge of analyzing logs and looking into how the raid can improve as a whole. If you are not either of those people, you have no business calling people out publicly whether it be on the forums or on mumble or in guild chat or what ever. If you have a problem with someone, or if something like a raid issue needs to be addressed, it needs to be directed to either of those individuals, not thrown out for everyone to see in a rather sarcastic way.

I've been seeing this happen for far too long now and and just needs to stop if we want to keep progressing and do it without hating each other in the process. I know we are a progression guild with a serious focus on heroic content, but that doesn't mean we have to make it an unpleasant experience because someone doesn't like someone or people getting angry at each other along the way. We have the potential to be both a top notch progression guild, and be friends and happy with each other along the way, and honestly I really would like to start seeing that happen.
